Artist's Description

The Albert Pub on Victoria Street in Westminster stands proudly against the skyscraper next door. It was built in 1862 on the site of a pub called the Bluecoat Boy and named in honor of Queen Victoria's husband, the Prince Consort. On the walls hang portraits of British Prime Ministers, from Salisbury, to an autographed one of Tony Blair. Members of Parliament often dine here.
