Aspen Clone metal print by Jim Hill. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

Artist's Description
The Acorn Creek Trail in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Aspen grow in large clonal colonies, derived from a single seedling, and spread by means of root suckers. New stems in the colony may appear at up to 98-131 ft (30-40 m) from the parent tree. Each individual tree can live for 40-150 years above ground, but the root system of the colony is long-lived, and in some cases, estimated to have lived as long as 80,000 years.
